A. App-Specific Data We Collect

In addition to the information described in Section 1, our applications may collect:

• Contact lists uploaded or synced for prospecting and relationship management
• Profile images, photos, videos, and documents uploaded by users
• User-generated content such as posts, comments, messages, and forum contributions
• Device identifiers and mobile advertising IDs
• In-app activity, feature usage, and session behavior
• Push notification interaction data

B. Device Permissions

Our applications may request access to certain device features and data in order to deliver full functionality. Permissions may include:

• Contacts — to allow you to invite, connect with, and follow up with prospects
• Camera — to capture and upload photos or video content
• Photo library / media storage — to upload and share content within the app
• Microphone — for audio recording or voice features where applicable
• Notifications — to send reminders, alerts, and engagement prompts
• Files and documents — to allow uploading and sharing of business materials

Each permission is requested only when needed to enable a specific feature. You may grant or revoke permissions at any time through your device settings.

C. Contact List Access

Where an app requests access to your device contacts, that access is used solely to enable prospecting, inviting, and follow-up features within the application. We do not upload your full contact list to our servers without your explicit action. Contact data accessed through this permission is not shared with third parties for advertising purposes.

D. App Store Distribution

Dreams applications distributed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are subject to the privacy and data handling standards of those platforms. When you download a Dreams app through an app store, your download and account data may also be subject to Apple's or Google's privacy policies.

E. Future Applications

This policy is written to cover all current and future Dreams-branded applications. As new apps are developed and released, they will be governed by this Privacy Policy unless a separate app-specific addendum is published.

Service Providers

We share information with trusted third-party vendors who help us operate our websites and deliver services, including hosting providers, CRM platforms, email marketing services, payment processors, analytics providers, and advertising platforms. These providers are contractually required to protect your information and use it only to perform services on our behalf.

Affiliated Entities

We may share information among Dreams Business Resources and its affiliated divisions, including Dreams Software Solutions and Dreams Business Cloud, for the purpose of providing integrated services and communications.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or government authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Dreams Business Resources, our users, or the public.

Business Transfers
